In this CID Talk, hear from Dr. Dan Evans, Executive Director of the Cross Sector Development Partnerships Initiative (XSPI), who will share some insights into the initiative and how it has increased collaboration in Australia.

Cross Sector Development Partnerships Initiative (XSPI) is a mid-2020 Australian for purpose initiative designed to increase collaboration across its five dominant sectors contributing to international development within Asia Pacific. These comprise: government, NGO/NFPs, business, philanthropy/private capital and academia/health/medical research. XSPI’s role is to stimulate cross sector partnerships including national partners to initiate or accelerate projects across any phase of normal project lifecycle consistent with the host country’s SDG priorities and national development plan.
